- I was born and raised the first 30 years of my life in Kansas. I got saved during the Mitchell Fellowship in 1982. And was in Chuck Rode's Church in Great Bend, Kansas for a couple of years before going with him and his family to Denver for redirection in Ron Simpkins Church. Chuck later ended up starting a new work in Brighton,Colo. but I stayed in Simpkins Church for the next 15 or 16 years. And in 2004 I came back to Kansas(Where I live now) to spend time with my Mother.
