Rules of Engagement
ASKING?
1. Feel free to ASK honest and sincere questions.
2. Please be respectful.
3. Don't ask questions solely to argue your point of view (See Rule 1).
4. Under one topic question, please limit further questions to relevancy of topic.
5. If questions involve a person's situation you know, don't use a real name and don't make it apparent who it is. This is not a gossip site (See Rule 2).
6. If you are a member of Praise Chapel Christian Fellowship, please remember there may be different opinions on some issues. This forum is not a substitute for your local church and should not serve in place of communication with your local pastor or leadership.
7. Questions wished to be asked anonymously may be sent to my (Zack) inbox, which will be posted by me under ANONYMOUS QUESTION.
Disclaimer:
The views expressed do not necessarily reflect the views of Praise Chapel Christian Fellowship. Comments are open to anyone, and this should be taken into consideration. Please feel free to check the site of anyone answering your question to validate they might in the least know what they are talking about. Any answer given is considered the sole opinion of the answering party.
ANSWERING?
1. Every question should be treated as sincere, and therefore not mocked or treated ligthly.
2. Avoid "pulling more information than you need" although clarification is permitted.
3. You must be a member of the Praise Chapel Christian Fellowship network.
4. Answer in your own opinion. This is not a place to be dogmatic.
5. If someone asks a question regarding a personal situation/matter, please support with scripture. Don't advise what they should do. You may offer suggestions, but people need to decide for themselves and hear the HOLY SPIRIT on their own.
6. You are NOT the Holy Spirit so don't try to be.
7. Answers should be in your own words or may link to a good resource.
8. No CUT and PASTE.
9. Encourage submission to the local church. Do not cause division.
10. Support your answers with scripture when/wherever possible.
11. Please be respectful at all times.
Note: I reserve the right to update and/or change the rules of engagement if necessary.
